This once 1 bedroom bungalow was a series of small rooms, our team reconfigured and extended the house adding three new bedrooms, a master en-suite, two bathrooms, and a utility room to the existing property. The opening up of the front 'block' provided a large open plan living / kitchen / dining space overlooking sea views. The project also encompassed substantial landscaping and boundary works, ensuring a comprehensive upgrade to the property's aesthetics and functionality. The introduction of natural local materials like the use of Valentia Slate grounded the house in the local area.
