Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) is required by Law under The safety Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) regulations. PSDP is appointed by the client to oversee the coordination of the design with the design team, architects and engineers. The PSDP is the clients Health and Safety representative during the project and reviews the Safety File following completion prior to handover to the client.
Fire Safety Design is required by Law under The safety Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) regulations in Ireland. This is a critical aspect of building and construction, governed by strict regulations and guidelines and must be carried out by a competent person. The client must engage a competent person to carry out this role. DW Architects carry out these duties having garnered 10 years design experience and practical implementation of the legislation.

Exemption Certificate
