Triple glaze windows, external wall insulation and attic insulation, new heating system air to water with underfloor heating all worked together to create a sustainable living space that was ideal for the needs of the client.
DWA where engage by the client to provide full Architectural and PSDP services on this project. Working with the client throughout with wonderful communication between the teams, after the completion of the upgrade and extension works, the house received a BER Rating of B3. No more cold winter mornings.
