House Extension & Deep Renovation
DW Architects was engaged by this client who purchased a family house in Dublin 8. The original house had not been upgraded since it's construction and had a BER rating of F. DWA were engaged to provide Architectural services from inception to completion managing all aspects of this full renovation and extension project.
Planning was obtained for rear extensions and new off street parking and following an extensive renovation, upgrade and rear extension works the project was complete and achieved a BER Rating of B3.
