End of Terrace - House Extensions & Deep Renovation

This particular client wanted to invest in the property to create a warm, comfortable and stylish home with the added benefit of lowering energy costs. Triple glaze windows, external wall insulation and attic insulation, new heating system air to water with underfloor heating all worked together to create a sustainable living space that was ideal for the needs of the family. No more cold winter mornings.
The end resulted in the BER rating moving from a cold D2 to a cosy B3. We left wiring provision for the future installation of solar panels and electric car charger. When these are installed the BER will likely see and increase to A3.
