Adaptive Reuse - Warehouse building - Exhibition and Art Performance space
DWA worked closely with Complex Productions to create their new flexible arts and Theatre space.
The redevelopment of the former Fruit market building/warehouse adjacent to Capel Street was an ideal setting to exhibit and perform in once the renovations were complete.
DWA provided an extensive service to the client which included full Architectural, Fire Safety Design, Disable Access Design and Health + Safety PSDP.
